AquaSnap Total ATP
User-friendly ATP test for determination of total ATP in water samples. The honeycomb structure ensures that the swab absorbs exactly 100 µl, so that mutual measurements can be compared.
Introduction AquaSnap Total ATP
AquaSnap Total measures both free ATP in solution and microbial ATP. The device contains a cleaning agent to release ATP that is bound to microbial or organic substances and in microbes. AquaSnap is easy to use, economical and gives real time results. The specially designed dipperstick collects 100 µl of water and ensures consistent sample collection.
Special Design
The honeycomb spoon tip used with AquaSnap collects exactly 100 µl of sample, so you collect the same amount each time. Other ATP water tests use a cotton swab that is designed for collecting surface samples, causing great variation in the sample. Surface swabs are pre-saturated with an extractant, so the rate of absorption depends on how much sample can be absorbed. In addition, the extractant is lost when it is immersed in the sample for the first time. AquaSnap's honeydipper collection tip eliminates these problems and provides more accurate results.
