Jet System Dry Steam Belt Cleaner

The Portable Jet System conveyor belt cleaner is designed to completely clean mesh style conveyor belts.  Its portable design is easy to use on most mesh conveyor belt systems, and it's programmable jet patterns allow you to complete control over cleaning and sanitation.

Operation Jet System

The Jet System uses the power of dry steam to obliterate fats, oils, mold, bacteria and more. Because the system is connected to a Goodway dry steam unit, the system uses superheated steam. With temperatures around 140 degrees Celsius, you can be sure that contaminants will be removed immediately. Some examples of deposits that can be found on conveyor belts:

• Allergen
• Virusses
• Bacteria
• Mold
• Fats/grease

Because superheated steam leaves virtually no water residue, it is not necessary to thoroughly dry the conveyor belt afterwards.
