How does it work?
The fogger is a kind of fog generator, which heats up liquid and then sprays through the channels like a fine ''mist''.
To get it through the ductwork effectively, use an external air flow. This can be done for example by using an external fan such as a Goodwave or a TV3000 Powerfan. Or you switch on the climate system of the building, for example the AHU.
The detergent will follow this airflow and then touch the channels with the detergent.
Why disinfect?
Some customers like to have their ventilation system disinfected after cleaning. This ensures that harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi and more can't do any damage. In hospitals, for example, this is a major problem.
Because you can easily disinfect with the fogger in combination with an extraction unit, this can become a nice extra service for you or your company.
How long should I turn on the fogger system?
This may vary depending on the size of the job. Some customers can be done with small systems in as little as 3-5 minutes. When a larger network of channels needs to be disinfected, it can also take up to half an hour.
