Heavily Deposited Chiller System

One of our Portugese customers has recently cleaned a heavily polluted chiller system. By using our innovative mechanical (rotating brushes) cleaning equipment, they were able to quickly and effectively remove all deposits inside the tubes. As you can see, this system has a lot of built-up deposits, perhaps even multiple layers. It primarily consisted of a mix between calcium carbonate and biological buildup.

The client used an oversized SGB-type brush. Because this type of brush has a big oversize, it will continiously create friction with the tube walls. Because of this friction, deposits are removed incredibly quickly. Furthermore, all the deposits are removed because of the internal waterflush of the tube cleaner. In this instance, a RAM-PRO Tube Cleaner was used.
