Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping of orders:

Goodway Benelux works with various transport companies (FedEx, UPS, DPD, DHL, Mainfreight, Vorex, etc.) to ship orders as safely and quickly as possible within Europe. We can send orders per box, pallet, or crate, depending on the products and volume ordered. Based on all the information, we select the right carrier who will deliver the order safely and quickly to your location. Transport costs can therefore vary greatly, please inquire with our customer service about the expected delivery costs and times.

For urgent orders in the Netherlands and Belgium, Goodway Benelux works with special couriers who can quickly deliver your order to your location, sometimes within a few hours. We also have our own staff who can carry out the delivery. In addition, the experts from Goodway Benelux can immediately provide on-site training, combined with delivery. You can request the costs for this from our customer service. This service is available throughout Europe.

Delivery times of orders:

Goodway Benelux has a large stock of Goodway products, making it possible to deliver directly from stock in many cases. The delivery time is a few days throughout Europe. In the case of urgent orders, the transport process can also be accelerated. It is sometimes possible to receive goods within 1 working day. Please inquire about this with our customer service. In the event that a product is not in stock, it may take several weeks to deliver it, sometimes it can be faster. This also varies per product; our customer service can provide you with an accurate answer.

Returning of orders:

Goodway Benelux offers flexible conditions when it comes to returning products. We understand that every case is unique and that is why we would like to first contact you to discuss the options. In principle, used products/systems cannot be returned, unless otherwise agreed. Special and custom-made products cannot be returned. In these cases we will communicate this clearly in advance and mention it in the quotation and order confirmation.

When a return is initiated, we will ask you to send the order to us or we will have it picked up, this will be mutually agreed upon. After receiving the order, we will check it for correctness, damage, etc. If everything is correct, we will notify you about the acceptance of the returned goods and immediately refund the purchase amount or offset it against a current order, which is also possible.
