Condenser Coil Cleaning

A company active in the rental of various types of refrigeration systems had problems with pollution on the coils of air-cooled chillers and condensers. A standard cleaning with high pressure water caused many problems in the form of damaged fins and micro channels. These parts are very fragile and can therefore be quickly flattened, which has a negative effect on the air flow and thus the heat transfer of the installation.

The Goodway CC-400HF system combines a low pressure of 30 bar with a high flow of 12 litres/minute. This ensures that all deposits on and inside the coils can be carefully and safely removed, without damaging the fragile fins. Even micro channels can be cleaned without risk of damage.
