During a chemical cleaning, the cleaning agent, such as Scalebreak-MP, will react with the contaminants which need to be removed. This can lead to foam buildup. If too much foam is built up, this can have a negative effect on the view of the cleaning and even damage the system. FOAM-CLEAR has been specially developed to directly combat foam formation in industrial processes, such as; the chemical cleaning of a (plate) heat exchanger.
FOAM-CLEAR is sold per 3,78 liter (1 gallon) bottles. This is sufficient to treat approximately 3780 liters (1000 gallons). Of course, this depends entirely on the amount and thickness of the foam.
